“It was nice to have this extra added experience for fundraising, and very kind of Jiangyan to generously offer her time and expertise for this. I thought this was a perfect way to relax in the afternoon. There was soothing music and all sorts of different sounds like rain sticks, gongs and chimes.  She even offered each of us a rosemary sprig and decorated the room with beautiful flowers to add to the experience. It helped me to detach from what was going on that day and just be present in the moment.  I rarely ever take time to do something like this for myself, so to have this opportunity at work was a great bonus. One suggestion I would make for next time is to have people bring yoga mats if they have them at home since it would help make it more comfortable.”
